Barbeque Dry Rub Seasoning
If you want to give your barbecued meats extra flavour this simple dry marinade could be just the thing for you, it gives a really great flavour and if you want your barbecued meat extra spicy just double the quantity of Cayenne Pepper and this marinade will have a real kick..!
- 60 ml Salt 1/4 Cup
- 60 ml Sugar 1/4 Cup
- 60 ml Chilli Powder 1/4 Cup
- 60 ml ground Cumin 1/4 Cup
- 20 ml Ground Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon
- 20 ml Cayenne Pepper 1 Tablespoon
- 60 ml Granulated Garlic 1/4 Cup, If Granulated Garlic is not available use 100grams chopped Fresh Garlic.
- Combine ingredients in a container and mix thoroughly. Use as required.
