Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 ml Tomato Ketchup 2 Cups
- 60 ml Cider Vinegar 1/4 Cup (or white White Vinegar)
- 60 ml Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 Cup
- 60 ml Dark Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup
- 20 ml Treacle 2 Tablespoons (Molasses)
- 60 ml Golden Syrup 1/4 Cup
- 20 ml French's Yellow Mustard 2 Tablespoons
- 10 ml Barbecue Seasoning 1 Tablespoon (See Recipe for Barbecue Seasoning)
- Tobasco Opptional: Add to Taste

Instructions
- 1 Prepare the barbecue sauce by putting all the ingredients into a small saucepan and bringing them to a boil. Turn down the heat so that it just bubbles a tiny bit and simmer it, stirring to ensure the sugar dissolves and the ingredients combine to a smooth sauce, simmer gently, until it's dark and thickened, 5-10 minutes, should do it. Allow to cool and use as required
